Problem Statement
Agencies often struggle to track client approvals and scope changes across scattered communication channels like emails, chats, and meetings. This lack of clarity leads to scope creep, miscommunication, and ultimately a loss of billable revenue.
Therefore, there is a need for a structured system that brings clarity between client requests and actual work.

Approach
To solve the problem of unclear scope and scattered approvals, a commitment-based approach was adopted instead of a task-first system.
First, client requests were identified and structured into a clear workflow:
Client Request → Commitment → Tasks
Each request is converted into a commitment, where it is defined whether the work is approved, included in scope, billable, or requires a change order. This ensures clarity before any task is created.
